Measuring Tips:
Start by wearing your best-fitting bra. Skip padded & pushup bras for this – minimally lined is best. Stand in front of a mirror to measure yourself or ask for some help!

How to find your bra cup size?
Subtract your BAND measurement from your BUST measurement, then reference the difference in the chart.
(in inches)
What are sister sizes?
How a bra fits can vary by the brand or style. This is why you may try on a new bra and find your regular bra size does not fit. Sister sizes are equivalent bra sizes based on cup volume.
You find a sister size by going up a band size and down a cup size, or going down a band size and up a cup size. For example, if your bra size is 36C, your sister bra sizes are 38B and 34D.
Does your bra fit correctly?
Strap
Your bra straps should lay flat and stay in place without digging or slipping off your shoulders. If your straps dig or slip, you may be wearing the wrong band size.
Cups
Cups should hold your breasts without any gaps or spillage, laying flat against your skin. To fill gaps, try going down a cup size. If your breasts spill out, try going up a cup size. If you wear underwire, it should not poke or dig into you.
Band
Your bra band is responsible for most of the support your bra gives you. It’s important that it fits securely, but not too tightly. You should be able to fit a finger between your bra band and your body. If the band digs in while on the loosest hook, try a band size up and cup size down. If it rides up on the tightest hook, try a band size down and cup size up.
